The international buffet at Greenhouse is definitely one of our favourite buffets in Singapore! There is a tantalizing selection of delectable crabs, scallops, oysters, slipper lobsters, sushi, sashimi, local delights and many other foods to tease your palate.

Dine in style at Melt – The World Cafe, where the modern cosmopolitan design and sophisticated ambience combine to create a nice space for patrons to dine comfortably. Other than the large variety of seafood and usual buffet fare, Melt also offers an eclectic range of gourmet delights like the Carpaccio of Beef Tenderloin Fillet, Mandarin Oriental Thai Green Curry, Royal Tandoori Selections, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Mandarin Oriental Cheese Cake. Price is a little steep, but the quality of the buffet definitely makes up for it!

With a delectable selection of fresh seafood, Japanese sushi and sashimi, Chinese cuisine, local delights, exotic Indian food and sinful desserts, this ranks as one of our favourite international buffets in Singapore. Tip: for some reason, The Line does not put crab claws at the seafood counter. However, you can request for them from the chef on duty, and he will discreetly pass you a few of the succulent and tasty crab claws!
