Four Seasons Hotel Toronto – Superb Luxury Hotel with Top-Notch Service and Accommodation
During our four-day holiday in Toronto, we stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, a wonderful luxury hotel. As expected, we enjoyed top-notch service and accommodation. This is our full review of the hotel.
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
Café Boulud
D|bar
Four Seasons Toronto is a luxury five-star hotel located in the Yorkville neighbourhood. It is a short 8-minute walk away from the Bloor-Yonge Station. The hotel offers modern luxurious rooms that are very spacious and comfortable. The beautiful lobby has a stylish and elegant design that makes guests feel at ease. There is free WiFi available throughout the hotel. The classy spa offers wonderful spa services, and even has an beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi. Spa guests get to enjoy complimentary muffins and drinks. The hotel’s French restaurant Café Boulud is famous for its delicious whole rotisserie chicken. Guests can also enjoy alcoholic beverages at the cocktail bar D|bar.
Amazing Hotel Gym!
Yogi-poser spotted in the yoga studio
Four Seasons Toronto’s gym is probably one of the best hotel gyms I have ever been to. The large and spacious gym is super well-equipped with a variety of cardio machines, resistance training equipment, free weights, and benches.I liked that the gym was extremely clean and well-maintained. There was even a large hardwood floor yoga studio connected to the gym. And we were pleasantly surprised to see citrus infused water, tea, coffee and fruits at the gym’s entrance every morning. This was one awesome hotel gym.
Spacious and Modern Luxurious Rooms
When we checked into our Superior Room with King Bed on the first day, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had given us some complimentary sweet treats. We enjoyed the macarons, toffees, and chocolate-coated strawberries very much! We also liked the tablet which we could use to request for concierge or housekeeping services.
We loved our beautiful room design, which was modern and luxurious without being ostentatious. The spacious room (500 square feet) is decorated with pastel furniture and soothing taupe walls, along with a comfy king bed draped with cleanly pressed white linens. We have been to many luxury hotels but this room probably had the best combination of comfort and luxury.
In line with the theme of the room, the bathroom was stylish and spacious. Stepping inside, we were greeted with three brightly-lit large mirrors above a quaint wooden countertop and cabinet. The bathroom has a cozy bathtub and rain shower. We enjoyed luxurious showers under the rain shower every night after a long day of exploring Toronto – it was the perfect way to relax our tired bodies. We didn’t get to try the bathtub because we were usually too tired by the time we returned to the hotel.
Great Location for High End Shopping
Four Seasons Toronto is located in the luxury shopping district of Yorkville, which is famous for its many high end boutiques. Walking around the area, we found Gucci, Chanel, Hermes, Prada and many more. We also saw the famous Canadian high end departmental store, Holt Renfrew. Other than shopping, there are also many boutique art galleries such as the Canadian Fine Arts Gallery and Mira Godard Gallery. The area is home to many popular cafes too.
We Saw NBA Stars!
But perhaps the most memorable part of our stay was bumping into some Dallas Mavericks NBA players in the lift! It turned out that they were having a game with the Toronto Raptors at the Air Canada Centre, and were staying at the Four Seasons Toronto as well. Raevian had a hard time trying to control her laughter in the lift because I was standing beside one of the NBA stars and the height disparity was, well, pretty significant.
Conclusion
Four Seasons Toronto is consistently ranked as one of the top hotels on Tripadvisor, and it is not hard to see why. Our hotel room was clean, modern, luxurious and comfortable. The hotel gym was top-notch and one of the best I had ever seen. We had pleasant encounters with the front desk, hotel concierge and housekeeping staff, who were all very attentive and responsive to our needs and queries. And of course, bumping into NBA stars was a plus too! On the downside, the hotel room price is extremely expensive even for the basic rooms, but I guess that is to be expected considering the quality of the hotel. If you have deep pockets and want to enjoy exceptional service, facilities, and accommodation, then the Four Seasons Toronto would be a good choice.

Wow! So lavish. That gym is literally bigger than the Goodlife I go to. The beds must make it really hard to leave the hotel.
Hi Camille! Yes the hotel bed was super comfy!
