Aptly named the Crab-ulous Feast, this buffet will offer a wide variety of crabs of every kind, including Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Salted Egg Yolk Crab, Curry Crab, Azur’s special Ginger Onion Crab, and more.

Azur (Crowne Plaza Changi Airport)

Azur is an international buffet restaurant in Changi Airport. It is located at level 2 of Crowne Plaza Changi Airport (Terminal 3).

The restaurant is known for its open kitchen which provides the backdrop to Azur’s contemporary “cooking theatre” concept. Diners can watch experienced chefs expertly preparing their meals.

Crab-ulous Feast

Be prepared for a Crab-ulous Feast as Azur serves up Singapore’s favourite crab dishes prepared in a variety of cooking styles from 10 June to 31 August 2019.

Kick-start the crab buffet with a bowl of piping hot seafood soup before diving into a selection of seafood delicacies including a selection of Flower Crabs, Stone Crab Claws, Baby Lobsters, Black Mussels and Tiger Prawns.

Indulge in an diverse spread of crabs cooked in various styles, with local favourites like Chilli, Black Pepper, Curry, Salted Egg Yolk, and Ginger and Onion Crabs.

Make sure you also check out the live stations offering Pan-seared Crab Cake, Deep Fried Soft Shell Crabs.

Enjoy the Slow-cooked Beef Short Ribs, Stuffed Lamb Leg, and Whole Salmon baked in rock salt at the carving stations.

There is also a variety of Asian and Western specials such as Seafood Paella, Drunken Prawn in Herbal Wine Stock, Whole Seabass with Sambal and Chin Cha Lok, and Beef and Mushroom Brodetto.

Create your own Poke Bowl with fresh sashimi and shredded crab meat, greens and tossed with sesame seeds, seaweed and condiments of your choice.

To complete your meal, there is a variety of desserts like Banana Crumble Tart, Vanilla Panna Cotta, Azur’s signature Warm Chocolate Pudding, a selection of Gelato and an assortment of traditional nonya kuehs.
