How To Get To Mid Valley Southkey Mall (Johor Bahru) – The Complete Guide For Singaporeans

Mid Valley Southkey is Johor Bahru’s newest shopping mall, and in this article I will be showing you exactly how to get to this new complex from Singapore. It is just a short distance away from the JB customs.

Method 1: By Grab

The first method is easy. You just need to take a Grab ride from Johor Bahru Customs (CIQ). It will take around 10 to 15 minutes and cost about RM 8.

You will be dropped off at the mall’s taxi-stand. You can return to this same taxi-stand to take your Grab ride later when returning to JB customs.

Method 2: By Shuttle Bus

The second method is to catch the Causeway Link Shuttle Bus MV2 from JB Sentral (located at the JB customs). It will take about 15 minutes and cost just RM 1. The bus runs every half hour from 9am to 10.15pm (see schedule above).

You will alight at the North Court entrance of the mall, which is the same spot as the taxi drop-off point. You can return to this same location later to take MV2 back to JB customs.

Method 3: By Car

Plenty of parking space

The third method is to drive for about 12 minutes from JB customs. Good news for drivers, the mall is offering free parking from now until 05 Sep 2019.

The underground car park is huge and we didn’t have any trouble finding parking at all when we reached at 11am on a Saturday.
