Tabaojiak – New Food Delivery Service For Golden Mile Food Centre, Run By Drinks Stall Owners’ Son

I recently came across Tabaojiak, an independent food delivery service for Golden Mile Food Centre.

This delivery service was set up by Mr Tyler Joo, whose elderly parents run a drinks stall at the hawker centre.

Mr Joo was worried for his parents because their customers were mainly office workers, and with new “work from home” measures during this period, his parents’ earnings were adversely impacted.

Therefore, he appealed for help through various Facebook groups and quickly received overwhelming support.

There are now hundreds of members in his various WhatsApp groups, where customers can order food from Golden Mile Food Centre.

With the help of a few other admins, Mr Joo coordinates deliveries while juggling his full-time job.

At the moment, Tabaojiak is delivering to the below areas. To order, click on the areas to join their respective Whatsapp groups.

– Redhill / Telok Blangah/ Tiong Bahru
– Punggol / Sengkang
– Hougang / Buangkok
– Yishun / Khatib 

Delivery fee is $4.50 per location, and service fee is $1.50 per application.

Enjoy waiver of delivery fee on your 10th order, and waiver of service fee on your 3rd and 6th order.
